Episode 13:

Charvi, I’m from Karnataka, a well educated man and a philanthropist. On my 15th birthday, my parents took me to Prerna NGO. There I met Sachi and Ved. I don’t know why, but I felt connected to that place. From then on, I used to visit that place everyday and do whatever I could. After  completing my graduation, I decided to do full time at an NGO, teaching children.

I expressed my desire to my parents. And they straightly rejected saying,”What should we tell our relatives and the neighbours? That our son is jobless. We can’t do this. Kiaan you must do a job and earn like others. Do you understand?”

Neither could I go against my parents wishes nor  could I work at an NGO.

That day I decided, If I want to be myself, I need to come out of my state.

So I entered Mumbai, started many businesses for my parents sake and for my sake I took up service.

This is it, Charvi-My short and sweetly bitter story.

Oh! So, you meant this yesterday at the pub.

Yeah! I hope they will understand one day. Now tell me about you.

What do you want to know about me?

Your dissatisfaction with life.

No way, Kiaan. I’m satisfied with my life- happy to be a daughter to my parents, happy to receive their immense love and support and happy to be me.

Then what about that day’s commotion?

That day’s commotion was a feeling, which was eating my brain. Do you know Kiaan, one needs to vent their feelings to be at peace.

Yeah! I agree. But the one who heard you, will think,” what’s wrong with her?”

(Charvi laughed)

What’s there to laugh at,Charvi?

Do you really think a stranger has time to think about the unknown?

No way, they will consider them as stupid and leave.

So you considered me as stupid?

Actually, as a moron.

KIAAAN… Get lost.

(Kiaan laughing.)

Stop it, Kiaan.

Okay. Anyway Charvi, I don’t know about the rest but I wasn’t being judgemental.

Oh! Sweet Mr.Philanthropist.
